REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON “LIFESTYLE VILLAGE”

The Shire of Donnybrook – Balingup has received a planning application for a “Lifestyle Village. Comments are invited:

Proposal: The proposal is to establish a “lifestyle village” that consists of 120 park home sites as well as a club/community building, workshop and parking areas. The proposed development is to occur in stages (total of 6). The closing date for submissions is amendment is being advertised for 42 days, closing on the 19 October 2018.
