The Library's HSCram connected students with tutors from the University of Sydney and introduced them to some friendly dogs from PAWS Pet Therapy.

HJ Daley Library hosted a HSCram for students who are studying for their exams. Our partners at the University of Sydney provided volunteer tutors who spent the day with around 50 students, sharing their knowledge and helping the students study and prepare for their exams.

To reduce stress and have a bit of fun, the library also invited some very special visitors from PAWS Pet Therapy. Our three furry visitors Lizzy, Fancy and Keeper and their human companions received a very warm welcome when they arrived. Students (and staff) loved taking a break from their work to pat the dogs and de-stress.

After such a wonderful success, the library looks forward to hosting both the University volunteers and therapy animals in the future.
