There is still $240,000 in funding available for local not-for-profit organisations and community groups in the City of Ballarat's 2018/19 Community Impact Grant Program round two.

The program provides opportunities for community groups to help implement projects and events that may not have otherwise been possible without funding assistance.

Applicants across all areas are encouraged to apply, with round one successful applicants coming from a diverse range of groups including The Ballarat Foundation, Ballarat Ultimate, Friends of Royal Park, Ballarat Sebastopol Cycling Club – BMX Division and Brown Hill Senior Citizens.

Round two applications opened on Monday, 1 October and close at 5pm on Wednesday, 31 October.
