Meeting to form Kyogle Australia Day Committee

A meeting to form a committee to organise and run Australia Day celebrations in Kyogle will be held on Tuesday 30 October at 6pm in the Supper Room of the Kyogle Memorial Institute Hall.

The committee will be independent of Council, but will receive Council funding to organise and run the community event.

The meeting is open to all members of the community and will elect a committee comprising a chair, deputy chair (optional), secretary and treasurer.

The Mayor, Cr Danielle Mulholland, will address the meeting on Council’s vision for the celebrations.

All interested members of the community urged to attend.
