Funding announced to enhance Nagambie

Nagambie has welcomed two exciting funding announcements from the Andrews Labor Government for the Nagambie Lakes Community House and the Nagambie Bowls Club.
Labor Upper House Member for Northern Victoria, Jaclyn Symes, recently travelled to Nagambie to announce the Nagambie Lakes Community House will be funded through the Neighbourhood Houses Coordination Program.
The Community House will receive funding for up to 25 coordination hours per week, which is estimated to deliver up to 50 hours of activities and programs per week for their local community.
Member for Northern Victoria, Jaclyn Symes and Labor candidate for Euroa, Fionna Deppeler Morton, also visited Nagambie Bowling Club to announce $143,000 in Community Sports Infrastructure funding for a new premier synthetic turf green.
The project will be delivered by Strathbogie Shire Council in conjunction with the Nagambie Bowling Club.
