City of Ballarat Infrastructure and Environment Director Terry Demeo The Delacombe saleyards have a heritage listing over the office. Beyond that the area has not been recognised in earlier analysis for heritage significance. The site will be demolished but we are still working through what will happen with the materials on the site. Work has commenced on background research and context analysis for the site and surrounds, this will be followed by extensive community consultation to identify and consider options for future development of the precinct.
