Grab your four-legged fur baby and head down to Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex this Sunday morning for the City of Wanneroo’s Dog’s Breakfast event.

There will be plenty of fun activities on offer for the whole family, including a pet friendly photo booth to capture the perfect puparazzi pose, entertainment, stage competitions, giveaways, free vet checks, furlicious food vendors and much more.

City of Wanneroo Rangers will be on hand to answer all dog related questions and accept registrations for micro-chipped dogs.

Mayor Tracey Roberts said the free annual event was a fun-filled day for the family and also served as a reminder about the importance of responsible dog ownership.

“There’s no doubt that Dog’s Breakfast is a great day out, and I can’t wait to see families enjoying time with their much loved fur babies,” Mayor Roberts said.

“However as a City we also want to make sure that all dog owners are aware of their responsibilities.

“This means ensuring all dogs over three months of age are microchipped and registered, dogs are always under control when out in public areas, and always making sure that if your dog poops, you immediately scoop it up!”
