Customer Services in Dalyellup Trial Extended

The Shire of Capel has been trialling Customer Services for the past five weeks in the new Dalyellup Library, located at the Dalyellup Shopping Centre. The trial has been so successful that it will continue for another two weeks, until November 15.
Customers can make general enquiries, lodge customer requests, make bookings, register animals and access transactions services including rates, infringements, dog and cat registrations, youth and senior activities.
Customer service staff are in the library on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm until November 15.
The trial is in response to requests from residents in Dalyellup and the northern end of the shire who wanted to make payments for dog and cat registrations without driving to the Capel Shire Administration Office. It is hoped this trial will make it easier for residents in the northern end of the Shire to make payments and enquiries closer to home.
