Ipswich City Council wants to know what you think about it.
Whether people like or loathe the council, a warts and all appraisal is expected to result from a “Pulse Check” survey launched this week.
Acting CEO Charlie Dill said it was important to allow the people of Ipswich to speak up and say how they really feel about Ipswich City Council.
“It’s been a tough 12-18 months for us, that’s for sure,” Mr Dill said.
“But it’s important that we take time to understand and measure community sentiment now to measure progress through delivery of our transformation plan. We want to know it all – what you really think and feel about council.”
The survey is available online, there will be phone interviews, and council staff will be at shopping centres each Saturday until November 17.
“The information this survey provides us will enable us to make future improvements to our organisation, and to ensure the people of Ipswich are part of how we move forward,” Mr Dill said.
“We will continue to speak to the Ipswich community about next steps, and we’ll be ensuring those conversations add value to what we do and how we service the community.”
