Disposition of Property Consideration
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, Section 3.58, the City of Bayswater is advertising its intention to dispose of property by way of an interim lease.
Property Details: Lot 102, No. 271 Collier Road, Bayswater
Proposed Disposition Details: Lease of the Bayswater Transfer Station Between the City of Bayswater and Cleanaway Pty Ltd
A valuation obtained from a licensed valuer, indicates a market rental value of $180,000 per annum.
Copies of the Disposition of the Lease of the Transfer Station can be inspected or obtained:

Submissions should clearly indicate the name and address of the person making the submission and the subject to which the submission relates.
Following the public advertising period, Council will consider all submissions at the next available Council Meeting and may decide (by absolute majority) to proceed with the disposition in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995.
