Revised Masterplan for Stage 2 of Riverfront Redevelopment

The Revised Masterplan for Stage 2 of the Riverfront Redevelopment is now on public exhibition.
The masterplan focuses on a nine-hectare strip of land running adjacent to the Mildura rail line and Seventh Street, between Madden and Walnut Avenues.
It aims to provide cultural, tourism and commercial opportunities, residential land releases, and improve community wellbeing through increased employment in the hospitality and tourism sectors
A public information session will be held later this month, which the community are encouraged to attend:

Venue: Mildura Rowing Club, Hugh King Drive
The presentation will be followed by a sausage sizzle and opportunity to provide feedback on the Draft Revised Masterplan in person to Council staff.
