Expressions of interest Campbelltown Council Design Excellence Review Panel

Campbelltown City Council invites suitably qualified persons to register interest in appointment to its newly established Design Excellence Review Panel (DERP).

The DERP will meet monthly to provide advice to Council on the design quality of certain development applications and planning proposals.

Panel members should have expertise in architecture, landscape architecture or urban design and preferably a current registration with their relevant professional body.

Panel members will be paid for attendance at each meeting. Further details on the operation of the panel are available from Council’s Coordinator Central Business Districts, Rana Haddad on 4645 4570.

Expressions of Interest including details addressing the core selection criteria as specified in Section 5B of the Apartment Design Guide shall be sent to Council (including reference to Campbelltown Design Excellence Review Panel) by Friday 14 December 2018. Have your say Exhibition of a Planning Proposal - Reclassification of land at 21 Deans Road, Airds

Council is seeking feedback on a planning proposal to reclassify land at 21 Deans Road, Airds. The objective of the planning proposal is to amend the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 to enable the subject site to be reclassified from Community land to Operational land and permit subsequent transfer to the Tharawal Aboriginal Medical Centre.

A copy of the planning proposal and supporting information will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 31 October 2018 until Friday 30 November 2018 on Council’s website and at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours; at Campbelltown HJ Daley Library, corner Hurley Street and Camden Road; and Greg Percival Library, Cnr Oxford and Cumberland Roads, Ingleburn.

Tenders T18/16 Café and Kiosk Supplies for Leisure Facilities

We are seeking suitably experienced contractors for the supply and delivery of kiosk supplies for retail in Council’s leisure facilities. You may tender for the provision of one or more of the following categories: Healthy food options; Healthy frozen meals; Drinks; Hot food; Ice Creams; Confectionary and snack items. We intend to utilise a panel of contractors for these works.

T18/21 Electrical and Data Cabling Services

We are seeking suitably qualified organisations for the provision of electrical and data cabling services including general electrical services and maintenance, power relocation, emergency lighting and exit signs, tagging and testing, installation and redirecting data cabling.

The successful contractors must meet the response time of 20 minutes or less, from the time of call out to onsite to undertake work in an Emergency Situation applicable 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in the Campbelltown Local Government Area.

We intend to appoint a panel of providers as a result of this tender and then call for quotations from the successful organisations each time it requires programmed or project works.

Development Proposal 12 Shaw Rd, Ingleburn

Council has received an Application from Cleanway Environmental Services Pty Ltd seeking to modify the development consent for a waste transfer station facility at Lot 9 DP 774110, 12 Shaw Rd, Ingleburn.

The proposal is Nominated Integrated Development and seeks to vary the General Terms of Approval issued by the NSW Environment Protection Authority. Campbelltown City Council is the consent authority for this application.

The application and accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects are on exhibition and available for review at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours; and at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown; and Greg Percival Library, Cnr Oxford and Cumberland Rds, Ingleburn.

If you would like to comment on the proposal, please make a submission to Council by close of business on 28 November 2018, quoting file number 2239/2012/DA-DE/B. Any submission made should be addressed to the General Manager and include your name and address, the name of the application and the application number and a statement outlining the points you wish to make in your submission.
