Campbelltown’s second annual Micro Business Expo is an opportunity for members of the community to discover some of the retailers and service providers who may be small in size, but have a huge amount to offer.
The Expo, to be held at Campbelltown Arts Centre on Saturday, 17 November from 10am to 2pm, will showcase local micro businesses.
The expo aims to provide an opportunity for people in and outside the area to find out more about Macarthur’s growing micro business community.
Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr George Brticevic said the expo was a great opportunity for members of the community to discover and support local micro businesses that they may otherwise be unaware of.
“We have a growing micro business community in Campbelltown,” he said.
“They cover a diverse range of industries including: online retail; beauty and wellness; professional and technical services such as accounting, finance and marketing; educational services; food and hospitality; coaching and training.
“Often they operate only online, from home or from small premises, which means that members of the community may not know that they exist.
“This expo enables micro businesses to showcase their business to the wider community and network with potential business partners.
“I encourage members of our community to visit the Micro Business Expo and see for themselves the many wonderful goods and services on offer from our local entrepreneurs.”
The Campbelltown Micro Business Expo will be held from 10am to 2pm at Campbelltown Arts Centre and is free to attend.
