Postponement of Water Reticulation Upgrade Works - Gill Street

Upgrades of water reticulation on Gill Street scheduled for Sunday 11 November 2018 have been postponed due to Remembrance Day.  Remembrance Day has special significance in 2018 as it marks the 100th anniversary of the Armistice which ended the First World War (1914-18).

The water reticulation works will recommence Sunday 18 November 2018.  During the works, water supply will be interrupted to some properties, however, prior notice will be provided to those affected properties.

It is requested that vehicles are not parked in the vicinity of these works.

Council acknowledges that the works may cause some inconvenience and appreciates the public's cooperation.
