Seeking Feedback on Key Council Priorities

Baw Baw Shire Council is inviting all community members to identify and submit their top three priorities for Council to assist with forward planning.

This preliminary consultation aims to identify and collate community input for consideration in next year’s annual review of the Council Plan, draft 2019/20 budget and Long Term Financial Plan.

The feedback also seeks to inform the Long Term Infrastructure Plan for future capital works including footpaths, sports facilities, community facilities, buildings and roads.

A simple online survey is now open and can be accessed at www.bawbawshire.vic.gov.au/HaveYourSay

This feedback opportunity is open until 20 December 2018.

Following this round of initial consultation, feedback will be consolidated, reviewed and considered for inclusion in forward planning documents such as the draft budget - which will once again go out for community consultation prior to adoption.

Community members are asked to provide their contact details along with their feedback via the online survey, and will be kept in the loop with progress on the Council Plan review, draft budget and capital works planning. If community members select the option to speak on behalf of their submission at the relevant Council Meeting, a notification will be sent prior to that meeting.
