Road surfacing works – Racecourse & Sandy Creek Roads

Road surfacing works on Racecourse Road (from Boundary to Holliman Streets) will commence Tuesday 13 November, from 6.30am, finishing at approximately midday.

These works will be undertaken on the drivable portion of the roadway (running surface) and not the shoulders of the roadway, however, residents are requested to not park in the vicinity of the works.

The contractor will then transfer to Sandy Creek Road to undertake final road surfacing treatment on that road.  It is anticipated that these works will be completed by close of business, Tuesday 13 November.

The works will involve lane closures with detours in place. Council acknowledges that the works may cause inconvenience and appreciates the public's cooperation.
