*UPDATE The blue sheep was returned to TBCC today with an anonymous apology. We’re so grateful to have him back. Thank you everyone for sharing. After a few minor repairs he will be returned home to the train park soon. ????

Yellow sheep still missing but it’s been over a year so not so hopeful!

Sadly another sheep has been stolen from the train park ???? The blue sheep that stood proud against the picnic table is gone. ???? This is the second to be stolen, the sun sheep was taken in 2017. For those that took them this is what you need to know. The green sheep project was fundraised by community. The idea came from a 12 year old girl. The approved theme is a book written by Mem Fox. “Where is the green sheep” The 7 sheep were uniquely painted by children in reception to year seven from Tailem Bend Primary School. The sheep are loved by this community and everyone that plays at the park.

There’s so much negative in the world, stealing these sheep is a terrible thing to do. If you think it’s funny to destroy the wonder in a child’s life then seriously reconsider your purpose.

Someone, somewhere knows what happened to these two sheep.

Please share this post and if you come across the person with either of them in their possession tell them from us.... shame on you!
