Straying Dogs

Due to numerous complaints, evidence of dogs straying around Estates in the Western Regions of the Shire and the fact people are not complying with keeping dogs on a lead at all times when they are in a public place (e.g. Bill Hemsley Park Community Centre) the Shire will be taking a no-tolerance approach to offending dog owners. Infringement will be issued on dog owners for any non-compliance issues. You are strongly encouraged to ensure to keep your dog(s) is secured at your property and on a lead at all times when you are in a public place (e.g. Road Reserves, Parks).
