The City of Wanneroo’s popular Summer Wonderland program is back for 2018 at the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre, and children of all ages are invited to come and celebrate Christmas!

There are free activities on offer almost every day of the week, each designed to delight our young residents. All activities are free and most are provided on a drop-in basis, however parents must stay and play.

Christmas Crafts at the Wanneroo Museum 1-22 December // Weekdays 10am-4pm / Saturdays 12pm-4pm Visit the Wanneroo Regional Museum during December for some traditional festive craft activities, and go home with decorations for your tree. The Museum will also host a children’s Clue Hunt throughout the summer holidays.

Conference Room, Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre 3-17 December // Weekdays 10am-4pm Have oceans of fun making fish kites and mini turtles, playing with kinetic sand, searching for seashells, and creating traditional Christmas crafts.

Christmas Stories at the Wanneroo Library 13 December // 10:30am Come listen to Yuletide stories and make a Christmas star.

Play session and Christmas Carols at the Wanneroo Library 14 December // 9am Don’t miss the last It’s All About Play session for 2018. Then join in a Christmas carol singalong.

Nature Pixie’s Bush Christmas: A Special Christmas Story at the Wanneroo Library 19 December // 10am-10:45am Join a special story session filled with the magic and wonder, which sees some cute gumnut babies search for the rainbow Christmas tree in the Aussie bush.
