Quotes attributable to East Ward Cr Darren Wallace“We’ve heard strong support from the community for more pet-friendly parks and open spaces where owners can safely and responsibly let their furry friends run free. Trafalgar will become one of three premium dog off leash areas in our Shire so it’s important we get the plans right.”
“We want to get the best possible result for our community. Please let us know what you think of the two proposals. Your feedback will help us deliver the type of dog-friendly parks our community can enjoy and be proud of.”
Quotes attributable to East Ward Cr Peter Kostos"In May earlier this year we resolved to deliver better dog off leash areas and infrastructure for local pets and their owners to enjoy. Now we’re following up on this commitment to ensure the proposals and plans for the park meet the needs and expectations of our community.”
Quotes attributable to East Ward Cr Michael Leaney“Council is working hard to deliver the services and infrastructure that our local communities want and need in all areas of our Shire. This is a great opportunity for local residents to have their say and let Council know which option better hits the mark. I strongly encourage all pet owners and park users in and around Trafalgar to have a closer look at the proposals and provide your feedback.”
