Grab your towel, hat and sunscreen, and make the most of the refreshing water and shade at one of our local outdoor pools.
The Lancefield and Woodend outdoor pools will open for the 2018/19 summer season from Saturday 1 December until Monday 11 March.
There will be some key changes to the operations of Council’s outdoor pools based on a detailed review conducted earlier this year.
The review included community consultation drop-in sessions in Woodend and Lancefield and a shire-wide survey which recorded almost 800 responses. Council would like to thank residents for their feedback and input into the operations of the two facilities.
The review resulted in a range of planned improvements, such as expanded opening hours in December, improved shade, passive recreation options and more community events.
