Nolan exhibition a coup for Albury Wodonga

The 26 paintings in Sidney Nolan's Ned Kelly Series will open at MAMA on Friday evening, and thanks to the generous support of local sponsors there will be no cover charge to see the works.

The paintings depict Nolan's reinterpretation of the folklore of the Kelly Gang, and are among Australia's most recognised and well-loved works.

The opportunity to host the exhibition over the peak holiday period is a coup for Albury Wodonga and strong visitation is expected.
