Scheduled for third Monday of month
Following the 2018 Council Elections, Alexandrina Council officially swore in its new and returning elected council at a Declaration Meeting on Monday 19 November.
Mayor Keith Parkes Councillor for Nangkita Kuitpo Ward - Bill Coomans Councillors for Strathalbyn Ward - Craig Maidment and Rex Keily AM Councillors for Angas Bremer Ward - Karyn Bradford and Michael Farrier Councillors for Port Elliot Middleton Ward - Michael Scott ASM OAM and Bronwyn Lewis Councillors for Goolwa Hindmarsh Island Ward - Margaret Gardner, James Stewart, John Carter and Melissa RebbeckCouncil also set a schedule of Council Meetings for the four year term.
It has been determined that Council Meetings will be held from 5pm, on the third Monday of the month and Council Briefings will be held from 5pm, on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, in Council Chambers at 11 Cadell St Goolwa. Where meetings fall on a public holiday, the meeting will be held on the next available weekday.
