McDowell Road – Road Closure

Burdekin Shire Council wishes to advise that drainage works will be undertaken on McDowell Road from Watt Road to Woods Road intersections. The works are scheduled to commence on Tuesday 27th November 2018 and are expected to be completed by 20th December 2018, weather and construction conditions permitting.

McDowell Road will be closed to all traffic during these works with a detour via Watt Road, Ford Road and Woods Road, to enable works to be undertaken safely and efficiently.
