What would you do to make our shire a better place?

We’re constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ways to improve our area in the lead-up to the annual budget process—and our residents are perfectly placed to help us with ideas.

Residents can now share their ‘big ideas’ with Council through an online form on our website.

Council’s Director Corporate Services, John Hausler encouraged residents to ‘think big’ and help to identify gaps in current services as well as future opportunities.

“Residents should first take a look at the Council Plan and Budget Report 2017–18, which are available on our website, to see what Council is doing currently,” Mr Hausler said.

“If residents identify any gaps in our current or planned services, or wish to share their ideas on any future opportunities, we are keen to hear these ideas.”

Please note submitters will not receive individual feedback on submissions, but all ideas will be considered as part of the development of the 2019/20 Draft Budget.
