You may have seen Happy or Not kiosks in airports, banks, cafes and other businesses. Council has now started a three month trial of these nifty devices to give real-time feedback on our client and customer experience.
We are committed to being a customer-focused organisation that delivers excellent and effective service across all levels. To achieve this goal, we will start collecting your feedback via smiley devices at our key locations of service.
One machine is placed in reception at the Corporate Centre and the other two are roving around Council - at our libraries, the Gallery, at community engagement events and more.
Feedback is completely anonymous and the results will have a direct impact on developing our service.
