Main Roads WA Works – South Western Highway, Balingup

Main Roads advises the Balingup community that weekend works will be undertaken on Saturday 1 December from 7am to 5pm.

To minimise potential noise concerns, the construction team plans to start work further from the townsite near the top of the hill and work towards the town, with a water cart to be used to minimise dust.

Works will involve mulching on batters (road slopes) along the highway on weekends while other construction machinery is not operating, maximising safety for our workers and minimising potential project delays.

The existing traffic management remains in place, so please plan ahead and allow extra travel time for your journeys.
