Early works on Townsville’s recycled water re-use scheme has begun.
The recycled water re-use scheme is a key plank in Council’s 3-point water security solution.
The scheme will allow Council to use water in the most efficient way possible, by re-using water for public parklands, sports fields and industrial use.
Works are scheduled within Annandale – adjacent to Annandale Drive and near Yolanda Drive – with pipes to be laid in conjunction with the separate Southern Suburbs Rising Main sewer upgrade.
