Christmas countdown at Bayside libraries

Visit our libraries this December to join in the Christmas cheer! We’ll be counting down the 12 days to Christmas, with plenty of fun activities for children and adults alike.

The Strumpets Ukulele Group will be appearing at the Preschool Storytime - Hampton Library, 10.30am-11.15am, Ages 3-5 years.

Santa at Christmas Storytime - Beaumaris Library, 10.30am-11.15am, Ages 3-5 years.

Make a Christmas wreath - Drop in to the library to decorate a Christmas wreath, Beaumaris Library, 2.00pm -4.00pm, Ages 4+, Free. Just turn up.

Crazy Christmas Decoration swap! - Do you want a fresh new look for your Christmas tree? Or a way to share the Christmas decorations you no longer use? Bring in your old tree trimmings, donate them or swap them over. Brighton & Beaumaris Libraries, 3 pm – 5.30 pm, Just turn up! 

Christmas wrapping with a unique flair! - Join Gail, ‘Paper Girl’, for a fun interactive eco-friendly gift wrapping session. Use magazines and junk mail paper to create colourful and attractive gifts. Bring along a couple of gifts to wrap! Christmas refreshments served. Sandringham Library, 11 am – 12 noon.
