Always wanted to put your mark on Lithgow? Well now’s your chance! The Lithgow community is being asked to name the new Adventure Playground.
“The new adventure playground, due for completion in January, is an exciting and unique development for Lithgow,” said Mayor Ray Thompson. “It is sure to offer our children and families a lot of excitement and many thrilling rides. Council thinks that this playground is so special that it deserves its own name so we are calling on the community to suggest one.”
Lithgow City Council is inviting suggestions for the naming of the new adventure playground in Endeavour Park Lithgow. All nominated names will be first considered by Council’s Community Development Committee before being decided at a meeting of Council in early 2019. Please send your suggestions to Council by Wednesday 19 December 2018 to [email protected]
The person who nominates the winning name will receive a $500 Harvey Norman gift voucher. In the event that more than one person nominates the winning name, the winner will be drawn from a hat.
