Citizen Science Urban Microclimate Project- Volunteers Wanted
The City of Bayswater is partnering with the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology to undertake an innovative environmental project on the Urban Heat Island effects within our City.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to become citizen scientists and participate in microclimatic measurements of our City. The results from this study will provide data required for citizens to understand, mitigate and adapt to extreme heat.
You would need to be available for a two-hour long measurement campaign during which you will be participating in various experiments.
