Intro to colour theory

Wednesday, December 19, 2018, 2 – 3pm Visible Ink is hosting a series of casual creative hangouts to introduce you to new concepts and mediums. Everything from visual arts to music to sound and lighting equipment. All sessions are free but have limited places, so please book to secure your place. Intro to colour theory includes: a 20 minute tutorial to cover the basics of specific colour combinations, colour perception and the ways we can use colour to influence with others 40 minutes of practical mixing and applying techniques to parchment or canvas a free artwork of your own devising to take home. Visible Ink is open Wednesday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-12pm so you will have time after the hangout to finish working on your piece. Requirements: Visible Ink is a safe place for all young people 12-25 years to pursue their creative ideas. People outside of this age range are not permitted to wait inside the space.
