Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI)

3 x Cropping Licenses

Council is the owner of three large, vacant land parcels as described below:

Portions of each of these land parcels have been set aside or are currently utilised by Council for Waste Water Treatment Plants or Community Leases.  The balances of the land parcels are available for cropping purposes. The 3 licence areas range in size and generally consist of open flat farm land.

Council is now seeking expressions of interest (REOI) from interested parties to individually licence one or individually licence all of these land parcels for cropping purposes, for a term between 3 - 5 years (subject to negotiation with Council). Grazing or capital improvements to the land are not permitted.

Separate REOI submissions are required for each land parcel. Parties are able to lodge a single submission or a submission for each land parcel.

The Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) will be open from Tuesday 11 December 2018 until 5pm onThursday 31 January 2019. The REOI will be undertaken via the SA Tenders and Contracts website at www.tenders.sa.gov.au  The REOI documentation can only be accessed via this website. The REOI is located under the ‘Tenders’ tab on the top left hand side of the front page of the website under the heading ‘Unassigned’.

Submissions regarding the 3 x Cropping Licence REOI will only be accepted via the Tender SA website (also accessible via Council’s website www.alexandrina.sa.gov.au) until 5pm on Thursday 31 January 2019.
