Home based business operators are invited to apply for an exciting new business scholarship opportunity to help grow their business to the next level.
Council has teamed up with the Macarthur Business Development Centre to create the Business Scholarship Program that will provide mentoring and support to four Campbelltown-based micro business owners next year.
“These scholarships will provide business owners with the assistance, professional support, mentorship and networking opportunities they need to take their business to the next level,’’ Mayor George Brticevic said.
“Small businesses are integral to the prosperity of our community in providing employment, economic opportunities as well as connecting residents to goods and services,” Cr Brticevic said.
The successful applicants will operate from the Macarthur Development Centre’s Sprout Workplace Centre in Smeaton Grange from March 2019 for six months.
They will also receive individual mentoring and additional free professional support services.
The application must be submitted before Sunday 3 February 2019.
