Proposed Licence to Anglican Parish of Lithgow

At its meeting on 26 November 2018 Council resolved to exhibit its intention to enter into a licence with the Anglican Parish of Lithgow for the use of part of the Wallerawang Memorial Hall situate at Commens Street, Wallerawang and comprised in part of Lot 1 Deposited Plan 15683.

The licence will be publicly exhibited until Monday 4 February 2019, allowing for submissions in accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act, 1993. The draft licence is available on Council’s website at www.lithgow.nsw.gov.au from 24 December 2018, and at the Council Administration Building from 7 January 2019.

Written submissions marked "Submission - draft licence to Anglican Parish of Lithgow" must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Monday 4 February 2019. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact Sandra Politi on 6354 9999.
