In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that Harley Dykstra has prepared the proposed Amendment No. 27 to the Dalyellup East Local Structure Plan at Lots 500 Bussell Highway and 3001 Centenary Road, Dalyellup.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the proposed Structure Plan Amendment have been deposited at the Shire Administrative Office in Forrest Road, Capel and at the Dalyellup Library Portobello Road, Dalyellup and are available for inspection during office hours up to and including Friday, 1 February 2019.

Submissions on the proposed Structure Plan Amendment can be lodged in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Capel, PO Box 369, Capel WA 6271 or by email to [email protected] and are to include the Structure Plan name, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged on or before Friday, 1 February 2019 quoting the Shires reference No. PA66/2018.
Please note: The proposed Structure Plan Amendment is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the Structure Plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the Shire of Capel or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
