2018 was a great year for Campbelltown City during which we worked towards our plan of transforming our city into a prosperous and sustainable one, while respecting our important environmental, cultural and heritage assets. We are excited to continue with this important work in 2019.
It is fast approaching a very special time of the year and I encourage you to share in the Christmas spirit by considering ways to help others such as giving to the annual Mayor’s Christmas Appeal which supports community members who cannot afford presents under the tree, or a special Christmas dinner.
Please be careful on our roads this holiday season. If you are travelling a long distance this year, be sure to plan ahead, check your vehicle before you leave, watch out for wildlife and of course don’t drink and drive.
I hope that you may spend this festive season with the people close to your heart and on behalf of Campbelltown City Council, I wish you all a very merry Christmas, a safe holiday season and a happy New Year.
