The third, and final, of the City of Ballarat’s free Summer Sundays series for 2018 kicks off this weekend.

More than 5500 people have flocked to the Ballarat Botanical Gardens over the previous two weekends for the Summer Sundays series, with crowds expected to peak for the final event of 2018 this Sunday.

A new line-up of Australian artists will feature on Sunday, including:

Jazz Party – Melbourne Well-dressed jazz punks with a passion for classic and neo soul, Jazz Party play R&B-inspired tunes with a contemporary bent. With Darcy McNulty’s wailing saxophone leading the horns section, the silver-tongued backing vocals by the jazzboys form the perfect backdrop to the almighty roar of lead lady and soul diva Loretta Miller. This is Jazz Party.

Magnets – Melbourne Magnets is the project of Melbourne based Siobhan McGinnity. After years on the Melbourne music scene hiding behind her keys and backing-vocals, Magnets is finally stepping out on her own. Trained as a classical pianist from the age of six, Magnets started experimenting with guitar recently for a new challenge, which led to a shift in direction of music stylings.

Sahara Beck – Brisbane Sahara Beck unveils her stunning new single Here We Go Again. New song, who dis? It’s Sahara Beck but not as you’ve heard her before. Sure it’s her voice – still as seductive and elastic as ever – but this time, she’s stepping out in an electrifying new direction.

Candi Wade – Ballarat Candi Wade is available for interviews on 0428 797 790 Ballarat local Candi Wade started singing and performing in front of crowds at the age of five.
