Our operating hours will vary on Monday 28 January due to the Australia Day public holiday.

Emergency calls during this period should be directed to Council's 24 hour telephone service on (02) 4645 4000.

On the Australia Day public holiday, you can still report non-urgent neighbourhood or property issues online, which will be processed from 29 January 2018. You can also pay a selection of Council services online (e.g. Council rates, child care fees and tax invoices).  

Please refer below for the opening and closing times for our leisure centres, education and care services, bicycle education centre, animal care facility and visitor information centre during the festive season.

Waste collection

Your Council bins will still be collected on your usual scheduled day - you can check your bin pick up days online.
