Community BBQ & General Meeting Of Electors

Your Councillors and staff from the Town of Bassendean would like to invite you to a community barbecue followed by the Annual General Meeting of Electors.  This is an opportunity for us to come together to reflect on the past year and to look ahead to what is on the horizon for our Town in the next 12 months.

The details are:

Tuesday 5th February Barbecue at 6pm Meeting at 7pm Bassendean Community Hall, 48 Old Perth Road, Bassendean

Before the meeting we will share an outdoor barbecue and you will have the opportunity to speak with Councillors and Town of Bassendean staff.

During the meeting there will be an opportunity for community members to ask questions.  This is also the time when the 2017/18 Annual Report will be received.  The Report is available for viewing on the Town’s website.

To allow for answers to be provided to your questions at the meeting, we kindly request that any questions or motions are submitted beforehand using the online form on the Town’s website, in person at 35 Old Perth Road, Bassendean, or by post to PO Box 87, Bassendean 6934.

If you require crèche services, please contact Sally at the Wind in the Willows Child Care Centre on 9279 3773 by Friday 1 February to discuss your child care needs.
