Our new council spent some time with The Bend Motorsport Park representatives Dr Sam Shahin and Mark Warren yesterday. We heard their commitment to creating a destination, not just another racetrack, where a myriad of driving experiences can be had. We also discussed the challenges this major development faces on a daily basis as well as an opportunity to suggest some unique and innovative event possibilities.
