Possession and consumption of alcohol is prohibited at Rose Bay Beach, including Dumaresq Reserve, Percival Park and Tingira Reserve

ENFORCEABLE FROM Midnight Friday 25 January through to midnight Monday 28 January, 2019. S632A Local Government Act 1993. Non-compliance may result in immediate seizure and disposal of alcohol. Fines apply.

This decision is made in cooperation with the Eastern Suburbs Local Police Command as a measure to safeguard the enjoyment of our public open spaces by all members of the community. Thank you for your cooperation and best wishes for the Australia Day long weekend.
