Your household may receive a call from independent market research agency, National Field Services on behalf of Council, asking you to rate Council across a number of key areas.
The survey has been designed to identify ways for Council to improve its service delivery to residents.
Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian council areas in the coming months.
The survey will involve 500 interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.
You may receive phone calls on weekends or week nights.
The survey will take less than 10 minutes.
