2019 Community Perception Survey

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup invites residents and ratepayers to complete a MARKYT® Community Scorecard to help identify priorities and better meet community needs.

The study is being conducted by CATALYSE Pty Ltd, an independent research company. Your responses will remain private and confidential.

Scorecard invitations are being distributed to households and PO Boxes by Australia Post from Tuesday 29 January.  Responses may be submitted by reply paid post or online.  The study will be open until Friday 15 February, 2019.

If you do not receive a scorecard please feel welcome to submit a response online at www.catalyse.com.au/studies.  Alternatively, visit the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup to request and submit a hard copy response.

This study is an important step in planning for the future. We encourage everyone to have their say.
