The Department of Communities is consulting with the Dalyellup community to gain feedback on what would support young families in Dalyellup.

If you live, work or otherwise spend a lot of time in Dalyellup, and have young children, please take the survey below by 5pm on 8 February 2019.

All information collected will remain anonymous and confidential to the project team and used specifically for the Dalyellup project.
