The 2019 Australia Day Awards were presented at the Australia Day Breakfast by the Leven event held at Anzac Park on 26 January. The worthy recipients were:

Joint Citizen of the Year Award: Shirly Good of Penguin and Lionel Bonde of Turners Beach

Young Citizen of the Year Award: Esther Shurley

Community Event of the Year Award: North West Motorcycle Show (accepted by Rod Dolbel)
