ROADS UPDATE: The Mulligan Highway is open at the Little Annan and McLeod rivers, while on the Peninsula Development Road the Laura River north is 1.25m over the crossing and rising, the Archer River is about 1.65m over and falling and Myall Creek is about 0.95m over and steady.
