Tender T19/02 Plumbing services

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of plumbing services.

Development Proposal 50 Badgally Rd, Claymore

Council has received a development application from DWA for the retention of existing local heritage item known as 'Hillcrest', minor demolition works to the heritage building, demolition of remaining buildings and structures on site including tree removal and the construction of a 75 unit multi dwelling development involving internal road construction and associated site works at Lot 2 DP 1017017, Hillcrest, 50 Badgally Rd, Claymore.

The proposed development is not considered regionally significant development pursuant to schedule 7 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (State and Regional Development) 2011 and therefore Campbelltown City Council is the consent authority for this development application.

The proposal is not identified as Nominated Integrated Development under the Heritage Act 1977 as the item is not listed on the State Heritage Register and as such separate approval pursuant to the provisions of cl.4.46 (1) of the EP&A Act 1979 is not required. 

The application and accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects are on exhibition and available for review at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours and at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown.

Sydney Western City Planning Panel is the consent authority for this development application.

The proposal is identified as Nominated Integrated Development as it requires a controlled activity approval from the NSW Department of Primary Industries - Water under the Water Management Act 2000. The proposal also requires referrals to the NSW Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997, Roads and Maritime Services under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007 and Subsidence Advisory NSW under the Coal Mine Compensation Act 2017.
