Notice of Proposed Amendment No.11 to Local Planning Scheme No. 7

The Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup has resolved to amend Local Planning Scheme No.7 and public comments are invited.

Proposal

In summary, the amendment to amend the scheme by:

amend the scheme map by zoning Lot 384 Marshall Road, Argyle from “General Agriculture” to “Rural Residential”; removing Lot 384 from “Development Investigation Area 1”; and incorporating provisions within Schedule 2 of the Scheme text that address subdivision and development standards, land use and points of discretion.

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire office, Cnr Bentley and Collins Streets, Donnybrook or in the attachments below. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before Monday, 18th March 2019.
