ROADS UPDATE: On the Mulligan Highway, the Little Annan is open and the McLeod is closed again with about 0.5m of water over the crossing. On the Peninsula Development Road the Laura River north crossing is more than 4m over, the Archer River is about 5m over and Myall Creek is about 1.95m over. With heavy rain still falling around the region and rivers already high, road conditions are constantly changing. Stay up to date at www.cook.qld.gov.au/services/disaster and remember, if it's flooded, forget it!
